3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
llv18 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳26,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 is added, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

4.3 General Bonus Rules
- A member may claim the welcome bonus only once.

- llv18 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion.

5. Gaming Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the llv18 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in a permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and rewards.

- Registering using a fake or stolen identity document.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software.
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Fraudulent behaviour or making threats towards other members or staff of the platform.
- Using matched betting or risk-free strategies for the purpose of bonus hunting.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 llv18's Rights
llv18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, at any time, and without prior notice. Immediate action will be taken in particular if any provision of these Terms is breached or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the support team. All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed; otherwise the bonus balance will be cancelled. However, the actual deposit balance is refundable.
7.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion
As part of responsible gaming, if you feel that gaming is becoming harmful to you, please contact our support team to activate a temporary or permanent voluntary self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to the registered account.
